The Ride Himalaya Mototours Partner Program is created for motorcycle clubs, tour organizers, moto bloggers, and travel agencies looking to earn by promoting motorcycle adventures in the Himalayas.
Participation Terms
Three simple steps to start earning.
No bureaucracy. Just you, your audience — and real payouts.
Both legal entities and individuals aged 18 and above can join the program.
To participate, a partnership agreement must be signed with Ride Himalaya Mototours.
A client is considered referred if they have booked and paid for a tour following the partner’s recommendation.
Commission Structure
Commission payouts depend on the number of clients you bring to a specific group tour:
1-4 clients per tour – 10% of the tour price.
5 or more clients for one tour – 15% of the tour price.
For private tours, the commission is calculated separately based on the route and tour price.

Tour Dates
The affiliate program applies only to group tours listed in the tour calendar on the Ride Himalaya Mototours website.
Bookings for dates not listed in the calendar or outside the group schedule are considered private tours, and commissions for such bookings are calculated separately.
Payment Terms
Commissions are accrued only for clients who have completed full payment for the tour.
Payouts are made immediately after the referred client fully pays for the tour.
Payments are processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment system.
Restrictions and Rules
No commission is paid for canceled or unpaid bookings.
Partners may not use spam, misleading information, or unethical advertising to attract clients.
Ride Himalaya Mototours reserves the right to modify the program terms, notifying partners at least 14 days in advance.
