I rode a motorcycle in the Himalayas twice. And without Oleg there would be neither that excellent motorcycle equipment, nor routes, nor my emotions. Moreover, for the second time we went to the Closed Kingdom of Upper Mustang. Not only were we officially the first Russian motorcycle travelers in Upper Mustang, but we also drove up to Tibet, visited unique gorges and ruins, and the cherry on the cake was a trip to Muktinath, the highest altitude Russian bathhouse in the world. Without exaggeration, I will say - the most vivid emotions in life.

In 2023, instead of a solo trip, I went on a Himalayan tour for the first time.

It was a very interesting experience. When you go in an organized group, you can immediately throw a lot of thoughts out of your head, since these issues have already been resolved: route, bike rental, communication, overnight stay, gas stations, luggage transportation, travel permits, food.

All I had to do was completely immerse myself in riding the bike, enjoy the beauty and fill my phone's memory with photos/videos. Such a trip is remembered for a lifetime, as are the people who were with you all this time!

I recommend not to think for long, but to go to the mountains for unforgettable emotions with Ride Himalaya!

In April, Oleg and I rode 970 km in Nepal. I usually travel alone, but planning and organizing such a trip would have taken me a lot of time and would have been almost impossible without knowledge of the local conditions. I had a dream. But the dream is complicated: the Himalayas, Chomolungma, Buddhist monasteries and Hindu temples, Roerich, yoga, elephants, rhinos, crocodiles, deer, monkeys...

Oleg has lived in Nepal for almost 20 years and rides a motorcycle in the Himalayas. The tour was wonderful! The views, the roads, the hotels, the food, the nature, the communication with the Nepalese - everything came together in a great journey to a parallel world) I chose a tour to Everest, but now I'm thinking that I should ride a Mustang (on enduro)

When I was planning a motorcycle trip around Nepal, I called about a dozen companies that organize motorcycle tours around this beautiful country. In the end, 90% of them turned out to be intermediaries and led to Oleg Khalin from Kathmandu. And I have never regretted that I turned to Ride Himalaya, the organization was at the highest level.
